FAQ

Here are answers to some common questions often asked. If you have any other questions, feel free to email thesaturnnecklace (at) gmail (dot) com.

Product Availability & Out of Stock
Unless we have extra finished necklaces/bracelets on hand, each necklace is made to order. So if you're order an item and it's currently out of stock, it may take a few extra days before we are able to ship out your order.

Shipping & Handing Costs
- S&H to any country is $5.00. Discount will be given if ordering more than one item.
- Shipping confirmation will always be included and used if applicable.

Payment Methods
We currently accept two forms of payments: PayPal and concealed cash.

Canceling & Modifying Orders
You may cancel your order if it has not yet been processed. Modifications will be determined on a case by case basis.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns/refunds are available if there was an error on our part. For example: the item was damaged during shipping or an incorrect item was sent to the customer. If either of these two have occurred, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of having received product.
